Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri
Secretary General of the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi & Board member at Tadweer group
Her Excellency Dr. Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri
Dr. Shaikha Salem Al Dhaheri is the Secretary General of the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD), the largest environmental regulator in the Middle East, and BOD of Tadweer Group. She holds a PhD in Wildlife Conservation and Protection from the University of Aberdeen, making her the first Emirati woman to achieve this. With a strong background in environmental science, Dr. Shaikha has led initiatives promoting biodiversity and sustainable development in Abu Dhabi. She serves on various boards and councils both locally and internationally, contributing significantly to environmental conservation efforts. Dr. Shaikha is a recipient of several prestigious awards for her contributions to the field.

Khalifa Alblooshi
Khalifa Alblooshi, a knowledgeable audit executive with over 15 years of experience, serves as a Board Member at Tadweer Group. With a CFA Level 1 certification and a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, Khalifa has played pivotal roles in investment management, acquisition strategies, and asset management across different sectors at ADQ and Mubadala Investment Company. His extensive experience in audit and risk management makes him a valuable asset in guiding Tadweer Group towards achieving its objectives.

With a background in civil engineering from the University of Southern Colorado in Pueblo, Colorado, USA and over two decades of experience in asset management and energy investments, Ali brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Nathaniel is the Chief Operations Officer at Tadweer Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in sustainability and waste management. With a focus on continuous improvement and team development, he drives organisational transformation and growth. Leading the charge in Tadweer Group, Nathaniel implements cutting-edge technologies to revolutionise waste and recycling management. Prior to Tadweer, he held leadership roles in Australia and New Zealand. Nathaniel holds Post Graduate qualifications in Business Management, Business Logistics, Strategy, Strategic Leadership, and Occupational Health and Safety from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia.

Shariq Daudi
Shariq, Tadweer Group Chief Financial Officer since 2022, leads the financial functions including accounting, financial planning, treasury, and investor relations. With over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the UAE and Canada, Shariq previously served as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Emirates Water and Electricity Company. His career includes senior finance roles at TAQA, Etihad Airways, and Bell Mobility. Shariq holds an MBA in Finance from McMaster University and is a CFA charter holder.

Seif Radwan Hijazi
Seif Hijazi serves as the General Counsel & Board Secretary at Tadweer Group. In his role, he oversees legal services, regulatory affairs, compliance, and corporate governance. With a background in commercial and corporate law, Seif provides strategic legal advice on various matters, including waste management projects and M&A. Prior to joining Tadweer, he held key positions at ADNOC Group and Borouge. Seif is a lecturer in Commercial and Corporate Law and holds degrees in Law from Philadelphia University and International Business Law from the University of Exeter.

Mariam Ibrahim Al Harmoudi
Mariam, Director of the Internal Audit Department at Tadweer Group, is an experienced audit executive with over 15 years in the waste management sector. Leading a team of audit professionals, she executes assurance and advisory engagements across all departments. Mariam collaborates closely with top management and the Audit & Risk Committee to align internal audit services with company objectives. Prior to Tadweer Group, she worked in internal audit at a national security agency and engaged with PwC to enhance internal auditing practices. Mariam holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialisation in Accounting from Zayed University and is a Certified Fraud Examiner.
